Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the HomeVision service ("we") through the homevision.am website and app. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
HomeVision lets you upload a room photo, pick furniture from a catalog of Armenian stores, and get an AI-generated visualization of your room with the selected furniture. Every piece links directly to the relevant store's page. HomeVision is not a furniture seller — the purchase itself happens directly with the third-party store.
2. Account registration
An account is created via Google sign-in or phone verification. You are responsible for the security of your account and for providing accurate information. Each person is permitted one account.
3. Free and paid plans
A new account receives 5 free generations (lifetime, non-renewing). Paid plans (Lite, Standard, Pro) add generations, floor-plan access, and an unlimited catalog, valid for 90 days from purchase. The service does not auto-renew — buying again while a plan is active tops up generations and extends validity by 90 days, without losing your chat history or generated images. After the 90-day period ends without renewal, remaining generations reset to zero and we'll invite you to export your images before they're deleted. For free accounts, chat, images, and furniture selections are kept for one month after creation, after which they may be deleted.
4. Payments
Payments are processed via our payment partner in Armenian dram (AMD). Prices shown are current at the time of purchase. For refund requests, contact [email protected] — requests are reviewed individually within a reasonable time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create or request illegal, violent, sexual, or hateful content. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, reproduction, or commercial use of the site or its data (including the furniture catalog) without our written consent is also prohibited. Accounts violating these rules may be restricted or terminated without notice, and may also be subject to liability under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Your uploaded room photo remains your property. AI-generated images are intended for your personal use in making a purchase decision. Furniture images, names, and prices belong to the respective stores. The HomeVision brand, site design, and software are our property.
7. Third-party sites
Furniture purchase links lead to third-party (Armenian store) websites. HomeVision is not responsible for the availability, price accuracy, stock, or order fulfillment of those sites.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, the accuracy of AI-generated images, or that furniture shown in the catalog remains available at the listed price.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeVision is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or delete accounts that violate these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date on this page.
